Lead the North America IT Intern Program
Objective: Partner with and gain alignment with the IT Functional Leaders about the direction of the IT intern Program.
Context: The IT Intern Program had just started to really gain momentum, and there was a lot to be done to prepare to double the size of the intern class. Being a build-from-within company it is critical that we have top-notch intern programs as this is a major contributor to our full time hires.
Success Measures: Create a complete and comprehensive IT Intern Program that would set up the function for success. This included, putting the right structure, processes, and practices in place to enable a successful IT Intern Program that would be positive and consistent experience for all interns & intern managers.
